RESCUE REPORT

Make a cover report for the paperwork on each dog as it goes though Rescue. From where it came from, to who adopts it. List all activity and expense on the dog. Your national rescue may appreciate a copy of these reports to better understand the nationwide effort of our rescue efforts.

RESCUE LOG

It will be helpful to keep a contact log of all phone calls and conversations regarding rescue. Always try to get someone' s name and phone number if possible. Be aware of anyone in your area that might be trying to get a rescue dog for resale or research or breeding purposes. Good paperwork can help you catch undesirable people attempting fraudulent activities.
